Travel to Luxembourg

Luxembourg has only one airport, and accessing transportation within the country is quite straightforward.

As a reminder, public transportation is free in Luxembourg, you can take the buses, the tram, and the trains for free!

Upon reaching Luxembourg via plane, you have the option to board a bus (16, 29, 6) outside the airport, depending on the location of your hotel.

Visa Information

Every person entering Luxembourg should have a valid passport. You may need a Visa depending on your country of origin. Please contact the nearest Luxembourgian/Belgian Embassy or Consulate to your home for further information. More information is available from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Luxembourg.

It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of their visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. It is recommended to apply for a visa in advance of the Conference.
